Vegan Smoothie Without Sugar and Gluten

This smoothie recipe does not contain dairy products and lactose, it does not contain sugar and gluten and it is therefore suitable for vegetarians, vegans, those who suffer from candida or those who simply do not like or cannot tolerate sugar and milk, and of course for those who want to stay fit because the summer has arrived, and the swimsuit will soon become a main clothing item for the season.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of almond milk
  • 1 cup of frozen cherries
  • 1 cup of frozen blackberries
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • Stevia according to your taste

Preparation:

Put all all ingredients in a blender and add as much stevia as you want. Pour it into glasses and decorate with the mint leaves. It is a wonderful refreshment for the hot summer days!
