The Easiest Keto Bread! Low-Carb and Gluten-Free Recipe

Many of us are accustomed to eating bread with food. The problem arises when we are on a diet. We know that the bread leads to weight gain. Keto Bread – Recipe

Ingredients:

    • 4 whole eggs and 2 egg whites
    • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 4-5 tablespoons sesame flour
    •  1 tablespoon coconut oil
    • a couple pinches of salt ( to taste)
    • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon of psyllium powder mixed with 1 d l of water, and when it thickens add to the mix and all mix well

      Instructions how to make this Keto bread

      • Preheat oven at 250 C
      • In one bowl, mix all the ingredients.
      • Pour mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put in a well-preheated oven at 250 C.
      • When the loaf a little rise, reduce the heat to 200 C.
      • Total cooking time should be 15 minutes or until become golden brown.

      What is psyllium?

      Psyllium is vegetable fibers, originating from India, which were once used as a remedy for constipation, as well as many other health problems. Today, psyllium is used for constipation, but also for pastries without yeast, especially for those that are made from nuts, because the test gives loosening, and says those holes that we all love the bread.
      It helps absorb toxins by creating spongy gelatinous mass in the bowels.
