Dill has many health benefits such as giving you a relief from respiratory disorders, menstrual disorders, dysentery, diarrhea, hiccups, insomnia and cancer. Also it is good for oral care. The scientific name of dill is Anethum Graveolens which has been used for culinary and medicinal purposes for hundreds of years. The seeds and leaves of dill can be used. Dill has monoterpenes which are chemopreventive.
