- tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- sea salt
- 500ml drinking water
- oats and chia
- Mix cinnamon, 2 teaspoon vanilla, and water in a bowl. Heat the mixture until it boils. When it starts to boil, lower the heat on minimum, and then, add the oats. Boil for a couple of minutes. Next, remove it from heat.
