A WONDERFUL TEA THAT WILL REGULATE YOUR BOWELS, REDUCE YOUR BELLY AND TREAT BLOATING!

The amazing tea we have for you today will regulate your bowel movements, reduce your belly size and relieve bloating. The tea is ideal if you’re trying to lose some weight, and is made from easily available natural ingredients. The tea works by reducing the bloating and fluid retention in the body and is very effective for losing weight.

Besides helping you lose weight, the tea is also abundant in antioxidants that can slow down the aging process and improve your overall health. It is based on hibiscus, a powerful natural diuretic that can eliminate fluid retention, as well as senna leaves, which can regulate the function of your bowels. It also contains ginger and cinnamon, two powerful thermogenic ingredients that will accelerate your metabolism and help you lose weight. Here’s how to prepare the tea:

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of hibiscus

1 tablespoon of dried senna leaves

1 cinnamon stick

1 piece of ginger

1 liter of water

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a pot of water, then bring the mixture to a boil and simmer it on low heat for about 3 minutes. Now, let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes, then strain it and drink 1 liter of the tea every day for 15 days. If you’re not satisfied by the results, take a week break and repeat the procedure for another 15 days. Take the tea any time of the day you like. The ingredients are easily available and cheap. However, senna leaves might be harder to find, so if you’re unable to obtain them, you can prepare the recipe without them.

Note: the tea isn’t recommended for people suffering from high blood pressure. We suggest taking it for a week, then taking a break, and also consulting with your doctor before use if you’re sensitive to the ingredients. The tea can be consumed hot or cold and can be sweetened with some honey.
