3 Recipes for a Smoothie That Will Boost Your Energy

The quick and fine drinks are the perfect breakfast, a snack or a snack that you can take to work. Wake up with a combination of lemon, orange, mandarin, kiwi and lime juice, and do not forget the green leafy vegetables that are extremely rich in vitamins, magnesium and iron. You should also take advantage of the power of the spices, so add grated ginger, celery or parsley. In order to ease the taste of the vegetables, you can add yogurt or oatmeal in the drinks.

The banana is the queen of fruits and therefore, besides being good for breakfast in the morning, it is also excellent for smoothies after a workout. Mix it with cocoa powder, peanut butter, Greek yogurt and cinnamon. You should also add nuts in the smoothie. Before you add them in the blender, you should soak them in water the night before.
