6 Nourishing Recipes To Calm Inflammation & Heal Your Gut

1. Nourishing Chicken Zoodle Bone Broth Soup

Ingredients for the bone broth:

  • whole organic chicken
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 inch of ginger root

Ingredients for the soup:

  • 4-6 cups organic chicken broth
  • 2 tbsps. coconut oil
  • 1-2 cups chopped onions
  • 1-2 cups chopped carrots
  • 3-4 small zucchinis
  • 2 cups shredded organic chicken
  • 2-3 crushed garlic cloves
  • Himalayan sea salt to taste

Directions:

Bone broth

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly then place it in a pot.
  2. Fill ¾ of the pot with water then add the herbs and vegetables.
  3. 3. Brink the water to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for minimum 8 hours (the longer it simmers the better).
  4. Let the broth cool then strain and store in Mason jars.
  5. Refrigerate.

Soup:

  1. Stir-fry the onions and carrots in coconut oil until the onions soften.
  2. Add the bone broth then bring to a boil.
  3. Slice the zucchini into a desired shape.
  4. When the carrots soften, add the zucchini and simmer until tender.
  5. In the end, add the chopped chicken and garlic, bring once again to a boil, then remove from heat.
  6. Cover and let cool for 5-10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 bunches organic celery

Directions:

Juice the celery and drink fresh.

  • 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger root
  • 1 tsp. slippery elm powder
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions:

  1. Mix the fresh ginger root with 2 cups of water and boil.
  2. Strain.
  3. Add slippery elm powder and stir until well-dissolved.

4. Probiotic Superfood Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1¼ pounds grass-fed ground beef
  • ¼ cup organic mustard
  • ½ cup drained organic sauerkraut
  • ½ head organic lettuce
  • ½ cup watercress
  • ½ a white organic onion, sliced
  • Himalayan sea salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Season the beef with salt, make four ¾-inch-thick patties and grill on medium-high until cooked.
  2. Make sandwich buns with the lettuce leaves then add the burgers, onion, watercress, mustard, and sauerkraut.

  • 1 tsp. deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL)
  • 1 tsp. zinc carnosine
  • 1 tbsp. L-glutamine powder
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • ½ cup frozen organic berries

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients and drink fresh.
