Dandelion is yellow – flowering perennial herb with long and deeply serrated leaves. It has been used for centuries as herbal treatment for many ailments such as diabetes, stomach issues, kidney and liver problems. This herb is rich source of B Complex, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin D. Also it is rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc. The dandelion is versatile which means that it can be easily incorporated into our daily diet.

Dandelion root has very few calories.

You should drink dandelion tea two or three times per day. Also you can add fresh dandelion greens to your soups and salads. You should not take this natural cure for extended period.
