This diet can help you lose from 2 to 5 kilograms in 5 days. You can also lose from 10 to 15 kilograms in 15 days, without feeling weak or exhausted, as you take enough nutrients.

The medical diet got its name from its use among heart patients, which have to lose weight before surgery, but must not lose strength. Repeat the diet 3 times or less if fewer kilograms need to be lost. If you need to lose more kilograms, you need to take a 15-day break after 15 days of dieting.

Day 1

BREAKFAST:
• 1 cup of coffee or tea, without sugar
• 4 crackers
• 1 orange

LUNCH:
• ½ cup of yogurt
• 1 boiled egg
• 1 orange

DINNER:
• 2 boiled eggs
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 cucumber or
• ½ a green salad

Day 2

BREAKFAST:
• 1 cup of coffee or tea, without sugar
• 4 crackers
• 1 orange

LUNCH:
• 1 boiled egg
• 1 orange
• ½ cup of yogurt

DINNER:
• 1 orange
• 4 crackers
• 125 grams of minced meat
• 1 tomato
• 1 cup of coffee or tea, without sugar

Day 3

BREAKFAST:
• 1 cup of coffee or tea, without sugar
• 4 crackers
• 1 orange

LUNCH:
• 1 boiled egg
• 1 orange
• ½ cup of yogurt
• 2 cucumbers or 1 green salad
• Drinks that don’t contain sugar

DINNER:
• 1 orange
• 125 grams of minced meat
• 1 cup of coffee or tea, without sugar
• 4 crackers

Day 4

BREAKFAST:
• 1 cup of coffee or tea, without sugar
• 4 crackers
• 1 orange

LUNCH:
• 4 crackers
• 1 tomato
• 125 grams of low-fat white cheese

DINNER:
• 4 crackers
• 1 apple
• 125 grams of minced meat
• 2 tomatoes

Day 5

BREAKFAST:
• 1 cup of coffee or tea, without sugar
• 4 crackers
• 1 orange

LUNCH:
• 1 tomato
• 4 crackers
• 200 grams of cooked fish or chicken

DINNER:
• 1 tomato
• 1 boiled egg
• 500 grams of cooked vegetables

– You can add seasoning to the vegetables and the meat. Prepare the minced meat in a non-stick Teflon pan.
– You can also eat cooked tomatoes instead of fresh ones.
– These ingredients must be taken according to the instructions. You should never skip a meal.
