Carp is one of the most common used kinds of fishes because it is very delicious but also  it has many health benefits such as slow the aging process, fend off chronic disease, optimize digestive function, protect respiratory health, lower inflammation and it has ability to improve heart health. It is consumed all around the world and in Europe and Asia the number of people who are using it is at the highest rate. If you cook this fish properly, then it is very flavorful and tender which means that you can add in soups and other different culinary dishes.

Here are some benefit for health of carp:

They will stimulate the new neural pathways and also they will prevent the oxidative stress in your capillaries and blood vessels of your brain.
