How To Treat Cracked Capillaries And Redness On The Face?

All women dream to have a healthy and smooth skin. Unfortunately many women have problems with redness and cracked capillaries, or cuperosis, and it affects the external appearance and the self-esteem.

The causes of cuperosis are not fully explored yet. However, it is assumed that genes and weak connective tissue are the most responsible. But there are other factors such as stress, hormonal imbalance, alcohol, UV radiation, strong spices and caffeine. From a simple aesthetic problem, redness can further develop and grow into health problem or rosacea.

Using tested folk remedies you can solve or alleviate the problem of redness of the skin. Here are some useful tips that will help you get rid of cracked capillaries on the face:

1. Green tomato

Apply green tomato coatings daily, for 10 days straight. Green tomato contains all necessary acids which actively act on combating cuperosis. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them onto the affected areas. Let them act for about three minutes before you wash your face and apply a nourishing cream.

2. Parsley

Recipe used by our grandmothers: Pour 100 ml of boiling water over a handful of parsley leaves and let the mixture stand still for half an hour in covered bowl. Then strain the liquid and add 50 ml of milk. Soak a small cotton cloth in the resulting liquid, gently drain it and place it on the face for about 20 minutes. Repeat the procedure once a day for 20 days. After that you can apply coatings if necessary.

3. Aloe Vera

Cut one Aloe Vera leaf lengthwise and keep it in the refrigerator for several days. At night, before bed, apply the critical areas of the face with the cut side. But before you do this, clean the leaf with a green or black tea. You may feel a slight tingling, but it lasts shortly and it will pass after 2-3 treatments. Practice this method every other day over two weeks straight.

4. Sage

Make healing milk using sage: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 4 tablespoons if dried sage. Cover the bowl you are using and leave it to stand for 20 min. Strain the mixture after 20 minutes and add 200 ml of milk. Use this milk in order to wipe your face clean. After ten minutes, wash your face with the remaining milk. Then wash your face with cold water several times. Repeat the procedure every day until the appearance of your skin is improved.
