This Is the Reason Why They Give Gelatin to Sick People in Hospitals

It is glycine and proline, the amino acids that make up gelatin. It can be found in animal organs, especially in bones and fibrous tissues.

Usually our bodies lack the needed amount of these amino acids. They are important for the overall health especially bones, nails, teeth, skin as well as for the immune system and losing weight.

Glycine takes up one third of the gelatin powder and has anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties as well as it improves the sleep.
