With parsley tea in just a few days you can be lighter for up to five kilograms. It is not about melting the fat, but purifying the body and releasing the fluids because we often feel swollen and heavier.
The recipe is very simple. In 1 liter of boiling water add five tablespoons of chopped parsley. Allow it to stand for about 20 minutes, then you can filter the tea or drink it with parsley.
