Picking dandelion should be done during spring and fall. First you need to clean and chop the dandelion root. Leave it to dry for at least 14 days. After this you need to store it in jars in a dark and dry place. It will stay that way for a year.
Recipe preparing of dandelion tea
Boil water in a saucepan until it becomes ¼ of it.
Chop 1½ to 2 teaspoons dried root.
Add the teaspoons to the water and leave it to boil for 5-10 minutes.
Strain the tea and discard the used root pieces.
