Why bananas?

Why cinnamon?

  • 1 banana
  • 1 l. of water
  • ½ tablespoon of cinnamon


  1. Boil the water in a small pot, and add the sliced banana.
  2. Boil the mixture for about 10 minutes, then strain it in a cup.
  3. Add a pinch of cinnamon to taste.
  4. Drink this healthy beverage an hour before going to bed.
