How To Grow Thick, Healthy, Luscious Hair Like Crazy: Use Juices For Shampoos And Hair Masks

Hair is definitely one of the first things others notice about us, so the fact that everyone wants to keep their hair healthy and shiny doesn’t come as surprise.  This is why hair damage and hair loss are quite unpleasant and even embarrassing.

Although most people spend a little fortune on hair products, it turns out that there is healthier and much cheaper alternative to shampoos and hair masks offered on the market.

How Shampoos and Hair Masks Made From Juices Can Help Your Hair

Juices step in as ideal addition to natural shampoos and hair masks recipes, whether you are dealing with hair splitting, hair thinning, hair loss, or something else.

1. Juices Can Add Necessary Vitamins

Lack of certain nutrients, particularly vitamins A, B,C, and iron, can lead to premature hair thinning, breakage, and hair loss.

Vitamins supply the hair with the scalp and hair with numerous benefits, such as offering strengthening effects and giving a lustrous look thanks to the fatty acid content.

2. Juices Are Packed Full Of Antioxidants

Antioxidants are crucial part of any healthy diet, as they help fight off free radicals in the body.  They can be also added to natural shampoos and masks to provide a wide range of health benefits.  Juices are packed with antioxidants, like those made up of the world`s most antioxidant-rich fruits and veggies.

3. Juices Can Be Versatile And Personally Tailored For Your Needs

Using juices can be helpful whether you are looking for a way to prevent dandruff or are simply looking for a natural way to deal with thinning and hair loss.

With the help of cucumber, ginger, avocado, and many more, you can create the perfect juice blend that fits your needs.  If your needs change as time passes by, you can change the blend, too.

Shampoo Recipe for Healthy Hair

Aloe Vera, Almond Oil, And Cucumber Carrot Juice Shampoo

  • ½ cup water
  • 1/3 cup Aloe Vera gel
  • ½ cup liquid castile soap
  • ½ cup cucumber and carrot juice
  • 10 drops geranium essential oil
  • 2-3 tsp. almond oil
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Mix all the ingredients well. Add more Aloe Vera gel in case the shampoo is a bit runny.

Wet the hair and lather the shampoo into the scalp. Start with the roots and go down to reach the ends.  Let it work for a few minutes before rinsing it off and drying it with a towel.

The combination of Aloe Vera gel and olive oil nourishes the scalp and makes the hair shinier. Cucumber juice adds antioxidants that restore the roots, giving them natural and healthy look.

Hydrating Hair Mask Recipe

Rosemary, Jojoba Oil And Avocado Hair Mask

  • 1 cup water
  • A few sprigs rosemary
  • ½ cup avocado juice smoothie
  • ¼ cup jojoba oil
  • 10 drops peppermint essential oil

Boil the water, and remove from the stove. Add the rosemary sprigs and steep until the water cools. Transfer the rosemary water into a container, and add the avocado juice smoothie, the jojoba oil, and the peppermint essential oil. Mix the ingredients to create a paste.

Apply the mask to the hair, massing it into the scalp. Make sure you cover the hair from root to the ends.  Leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.

Rosemary is a potent anti-inflammatory agent and has been shown to stimulate hair growth in those with hair loss. The jojoba and peppermint essential oil hydrate the hair while the avocado juice adds a boost of antioxidants.

Nettle Tea, Bentonite Clay, And Ginger + Cucumber Juice Hair Mask

  • ½ cup water
  • 2-3 bunches nettle
  • ½ cup ginger+ cucumber juice
  • ¾ cups bentonite clay

Boil the water and then add the nettle. Steep for a few minutes. Strain the tea and combine it with the ginger+ cucumber juice in a mixing bowl.  Ultimately, add the bentonite clay and blend.  The mixture should be smooth,  yogurt-like.

Wet the hair with warm water, massage the hair mask between finger tips, and then apply onto the roots.  Spread it from the roots to the ends of the hair and let it work for 5-10 minutes before rinsing it off.

The cucumber juice helps clean clogged hair follicles, leaving the hair hydrated and healthy. Not to mention the detoxifying bentonite clay, the multi-purpose ginger, and the vitamin-dense nettle.
