1. Peppermint Tea

According to a study conducted in 2013, peppermint oil is rich in powerful antiseptic properties which can fight oral pathogens. So, to eliminate bad breath and toothache, steep peppermint leaves for 15-20 minutes and combine them with peppermint tea.

2. Essential Oils

One particular study has discovered that the inhibiting plaque can be successfully eliminated with essential oil rinses. According to a study carried out by Pizzo et al. in 2014, there was no significant difference in the efficacy of both essential oils and amine fluoride/stannous fluoride.

6. Turmeric Paste
