- 1/2 cup pumpkin, cubed
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 2 t brown sugar
- 4 ice cubes
- Combine the pumpkin, yogurt (or substitute with milk), nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, and ice cubes in a blender and blend on a Medium setting.
- Blend the mixture around 2 minutes, or however long it takes for the mixture to become creamy.
