- 800g clean and cut onion
- 4 teaspoons of turmeric
- 2 liters of water
- 800g of brown sugar
- 2 small pieces of ginger root grated
- In a large pot boil the water and the brown sugar.
- Add the onion and ginger root.
- Allow it to cook then add the turmeric.
- When this begin boiling lower the temperature and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Once it is done let it cool and then store it in the fridge.
- Drink this every morning before breakfast and in the evening after your last meal.
