If your symptoms are occasionally occurring or it happened in some little period in the past, then you should not be worried. Symptoms-of-ADHD are diagnosed when they are happening constantly and they are interrupting in your life. These symptoms can be traced back to early childhood. When people are older it is more difficult to diagnose if they are suffering from it or not, because symptoms-of-ADHD are very similar to other mental disorder symptoms.
