  • 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 clove of  garlic
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup of washed fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 bunch of mint and parsley
  • ½ cup of lukewarm water


Peel the avocado and chop it into small pieces. Wash the spinach, parsley and mint and dry  them well. Place the greens in a blender and add apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic and mix everything well. At the end, in the drink mix a spoonful of honey and grated ginger. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and after every meal.
