The combination of these ingredients is excellent due to the extraordinary benefits each ingredient brings. Green tea is great in speeding up the metabolism and helps in absorbing the fats. Only a cup of green tea a day lowers the risk of heart diseases, brain attack, skin cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, common colds and flu among many other health conditions. And on the other side, oranges have a great concentration of antioxidants and dietary fibers, and are also very useful against arthritis, cancer, and heart diseases.

Here is the recipe for all of them combined:
Boil 1 l of water for 2-3 minutes. The temperature of the water should vary from 80-85°C. Afterwards, add 5 teabags of green tea and let the fluid to cool down for 3-5 minutes. Next, remove the tea bags, wash the orange together with its peel and cut it into fine slices. Take a glass jar and pour the green tea into it, then add the orange slices and some fresh mint leaves. Close the jar and leave it to stay in the fridge overnight. Consume 1 cup of it before each meal.
