Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 eggs
- 1 1/2 almond flour
- 2 tablespoon Psyllium Husk
- 1/4 walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon Stevia
Spread:
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoons Stevia
Instructions how to make these Keto Walnuts cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Pour all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix until the dough is formed.
- Shape into 20 cookies
- In one bowl mix egg whites with Stevia
- On each cookie pin a half in walnuts, and cover with egg whites mixture
- Bake in well-heated oven about 15 minutes or until they become golden brown
