How to consume:

The first three days, one should consume three eggs, then 5, which means that a therapy with 120 eggs will last 26 days, and that with 240 eggs will last for 49 days. Children under the age of ten should consume 4 eggs per day, children under the age of five, 3 eggs per day and children under the age of two can consume 2 eggs at the most.

The consumptions of eggs is performing first in the morning on empty stomach. In the following half hour you shouldn’t consume anything else. Diabetes patients should not sweeten the eggs.

Those who are sensitive to eggs should start with one egg daily and gradually to increase the intake of eggs, but never more than 4 eggs.
