Thiamine is also known as Vitamin B1. It is very important nutrient for our health and it belongs to Vitamin B complex. It can improve the cardiovascular functioning of your body and it has a big role in the maintaining a healthy nervous system.

This vitamin is one of the eight water – soluble vitamins which is in the B Complex family. It can help you in the conversion of carbohydarates into glucose.
