Ingredients:
- 1.5-2 liters of water
- 1/2 finely chopped cucumber
- 1 finely chopped lemon
- 1/4 cup of basil leaves
- 1/3 mint leaves
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a jar or glass bowl along with the water. Put the mixture in the fridge overnight. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day of this vitamin water.
