For proper function of the digestive immune and system as well as the normal water balance in our body we need a healthy colon. The most important role of the colon is to clean the body from waste and toxins that can harm to our body if they remain there for a long period of time. The food that we eat should pass through our body in 24 hours.
That is normal for the healthy food, but when it comes to food that has no nutrients, fiber or enzymes then it can stay in or body more than 70 hours. This will lead to creation of big waste deposits in our colon. One of the signs that our colon is blocked and full of waste is constipation, but other signs are: poor health, depression, anxiety, pain in the stomach, anxiety, infection (vaginal and bladder), diarrhea, weak immune system, muscle pain, joint pain etc.
We provided a simple recipe for treating your colon.
- 300 ml. water (preferably filtered)
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- ½ fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp, cayenne pepper (powdered)
Mix all the ingredients and drink the mixture five to eight times a day, 10 day or more.
Another recipe is combination of essential oils, which can help you to clean your colon and get the nutrients inside them.
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 10 drops of peppermint oil
Put the ingredients in 250 ml. water and drink it for two weeks.
