The oral health section in most markets is loaded with products such as different moth washes, toothpastes etc. However, most people continue to use the products that they have been using for years. Baking soda does not contain chemicals that are often found in toothpastes. It is also natural and cheap. Using baking soda to brush your teeth

Baking soda is excellent for brushing your teeth. Water your toothbrush and dip it into baking soda to create natural baking soda toothpaste. Brush your teeth and then rinse your mouth. Bad breath is caused by acids in the mouth. Baking soda can also neutralize these awful acids. Dissolve baking soda into water and rinse your mouth to heal mouth sores and ulcers. Baking soda is also effective against gum inflammations and gum disease since it removes plaque.

Avoid excessive brushing with baking soda since this product can be mildly abrasive. Also add vinegar or antimicrobial essential oils to protect your mouth cavity from bacteria which the baking soda cannot destroy.
